We at TRINKET value our customer's time & money, and hence we strive hard to ensure that our customers receive their purchased products in the finest condition, and on or before the committed timeline. To do so, we have partnered with ithinklogistics.
Delivery Timeline:
- While the delivery timeline will depend upon the delivery address of the customer and Delivery Partner, a good range to keep in mind would be 7-10 days (maximum time frame).
Shipping Fee India:
- The shipping fee is non-refundable, We charge flat shipping of Rs 59.00 for all orders below Rs 500. If your parcel is damaged or tampered with when you receive it, then please refuse to accept it. You can contact us on Instagram(@trrinket)🔗mentioning your order number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
International Shipping Fee:
- Free international shipping on a cart value of Rs.15,001 or above. Alternatively, flat Rs. 2,500 will be charged as a SHIPPING FEE if the cart value is less than Rs. 5,000. Flat Rs. 4,000 will be charged as a SHIPPING FEE if the cart value is between Rs. 5,000-10,000. Flat Rs. 6,000 will be charged as a SHIPPING FEE if the cart value is between Rs. 10,001-15,000. The Customs Duty has to be borne by the customer, as it is dependent on the destination address. Trrinket is will not be levied for the payment.
