Return Policy
Item cannot be returned. We can look into the options for exchanging the product. In case of those scenarios where an exchange is not possible, our team will further look into this for you. Contact(@trrinket)🔗And try to resolve this asap within 5-7 working days..
In case you proceed with the return as a part of the resolution shared, a flat Rs59 will be deducted for shipping and the rest of the amount will be refunded to the source payment method.
In case you received a damaged item:
- If you claim the product is damaged, and it was damaged during the delivery process, please contact us on Instagram(@trrinket)🔗within 5 days of the delivery date with the following details:
- Order ID
- Copy of the Invoice (Hard/Soft)
- Details of your request/Complaint
- Clear non-edited Videos to support the complaint
Once we receive all these details, our customer support team will address your query within 48-72 hours.
In case your order is marked delivered but not received by you:
- Drop us a message on our Instagram, handle(@trrinket)🔗within 3 days (72 hours) of the date of delivery. Our Customer Support team will resolve it at the earliest.
